The Product Marketing Manager at Sleek will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy. Reporting to co-founders, the ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and content strategy, to drive awareness, adoption, and growth for Sleek

Responsibilities

1. Product Expertise:
   • Become a Sleek product expert and evangelist, showcasing technical savvy, an eye for design, and deep knowledge of the competitive landscape.
2. Positioning and Messaging:
   • Lead or contribute to positioning, value propositions, consumer messaging, and brand architecture, ensuring a consistent and powerful brand presence.
3. Influence Product Strategy:
   • Play a key role in influencing Sleek's product strategy, user experience, and roadmap using a combination of data-driven insights and creative thinking.
4. Marketing Initiatives:
   • Support and/or own regional and global product launches, brand campaigns, partner promotions, and other marketing initiatives, driving positive ROI for growth.
5. KPIs and Metrics:
   • Develop, track, measure, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and product health metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
6. User Advocacy:

• Champion the user (both hosts and guests) in all decisions, ensuring that Sleek's offerings meet and exceed user expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in fast-paced tech, startup, and/or agency environments.
• Proven experience launching and building consumer-facing brands in creative media, consumer technology, and ecommerce industries.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, combining creative solutions with the ability to execute them effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to transition from high-level strategic thinking to detailed creative execution.
• Passion for technology, networking, and belief in the transformative power of Sleek (avid user/guest).
• Bonus points for founders, storytellers, side-hustlers, and entrepreneurs.
